This is a club of sorts! It’s intended to be fun, interactive, community oriented and filled with inspiration as we all come together to embrace ourselves, and share living fully (together) in a different way.
- This is not designed for shadow work, although we are here for you when that surfaces.
- It is not advise on how to change or be anything different than you are. We want to celebrate you uncovering and stepping into all of you (the good, the goofy, the brilliance and even the parts you may not see as great). It all matters, it's all you and it's all beautiful.
- It is not a mastermind where we know more than you about a topic. YOU know more than anyone exactly who you are and what you require. We are here to highlight and support you discovering all of you.
- This is not therapy. We have all been telling our stories endlessly for way too long. We are here to listen and bare witness with high fives and hallelujahs.

When we first talked about the creation, it was in a conversation about authenticity and what it means to truly be all of yourself. Many of us have spent years seeking, healing and changing. Looking for how to be in the world, how to fit in and what to change to get there.

I was fired by my therapist years ago. She said it’s time you stop processing your life and go out an live it.
It’s taken me twenty years to hear that fully and here I am ready to give it a go.
Christine and Michelle have two different unique backgrounds with amazing gifts. I got the privilege to experience both of their gifts but when they come together they are powerful. Also when they work on you...its from the heart for they care about people and you matter. They love what they do to help others and letting them know that your not alone. I am so grateful that these amazing 2 ladies are part of my life. They are kind and compassionate and gives 100% in what they do. Thank you for being in life. “is this it?”... “this is my life?”
I have a great life and yet last year was not that great. I knew there was something missing; something different, something else possible. In my great and yet somehow “falling short” adventure, I started to journal, meditate and dive deep into what I was truly experiencing and aware of. And in came this voice. “No More of WHO KNEW”. “Moving into ALL OF BEING ME”.
I miss connection. I desire community. I thrive in deep relationships filled with joy, creativity, honor, fun, laughter, authenticity and more. What I was choosing and being wasn’t working. It was ok. Maybe comfortable at times. But this is my life. I am going to live it. This is me. I am going to be it. Who will you be in 2023?

But are you really living???
I have spent my whole life showing up for others and making myself a side note. Studying, changing and being everything for everyone and not actually living in my life. Present daily with me and the things I was doing.
I got quiet socially, outwardly and focused in. When the new year came around I realized it was time to BE. No more changing, tweaking, molding and fitting. Being my quirky, weird self, feeling my feet on the earth as I walk. Smelling the flowers on my desk. Breathing in the air and absorbing hugs from family, friends and my dog G.
The little things matter. My dad always asked me after a long rant of all I was doing, but sweetheart, are you having any fun. I ask you, are you really living?
